Cannot create a database through app

This was not clear when I skimmed through the description and reviews. I only wanted an app that is can create a database on my iPad and possible later transfer to a computer. My Mac does not have Access and my work computer no longer has Access. I would have to fire up my 10 year old plus home computer to first create a database, then transfer. I would want to modify and fine tune the database on the iPad until I am ready to load data into it.

I want my money back!
